My Mutual Insurance is accepting submissions to provide funds for essential equipment designed for the needs and requirements of Volunteer First Responders. This vital work happens effectively and efficiently when they have the right resources and training.

This program is open to Volunteer First Responder groups for communities located in Saskatchewan. These groups must consist of individuals who volunteer to provide immediate assistance during emergencies.

Please complete our submission form including all requested information between January 1st - March 31st.

All submissions will be reviewed and selected by our My Mutual Staff and Board of Directors.

We provide reimbursement for purchased equipment pre-approved by My Mutual.

Purchase must fall within the guidelines and definition of equipment or training required by volunteer First Responders.

One submission per group, team, or department is permitted. Where multiple applications from the same group are received, we will select the first.

You must provide an official quote/invoice for the equipment with your submission request. Submitted quotes/invoices should include the information:

• The name and physical address of your organization

• The name, email and phone number of a contact person from your organization

• Equipment details, including the name, usage and the full cost of the item(s). Include PST/GST and any shipping charges, if applicable

No, we do not endorse any specific equipment vendor or brand. Our goal is to provide the equipment that best fits the needs of our recipients, at a reasonable cost to enable us to help more Volunteer First Responders and their communities.
