Complaint Handling

If your comment is a matter of concern you can let us know by phone, fax or email. If you have been dealing with a specific individual in our office we would ask that you direct your concern to them as they would be in the best position to work with you. Depending on the nature of your concern you may be asked to submit a formal statement to verify details.

We promise to review all comments within five (5) business days of when it is received. We promise to respond to your concern within forty five (45) days. These time lines are minimum standards.

Our goal as a policyholder-owned, mutual insurance company is to treat our customers in a fair, courteous and timely manner.

The procedure outlined above does not apply to any situation involving litigation or where legal assistance has been retained.
